Natalia is by far the sweetest orangutan in her group of five girls. Her small hands are always searching for another hand to hold. Natalia takes the role of mother with her friends and is often grooming or placing a loving arm around them. She likes to share and will give her food to other orangutans and to people. Natalia often observes from a distance, never really getting involved in minor disputes or play fights. When her intervention is required, she is not afraid to put herself in the middle and sort out the problem. Her feminine eyes are often looking into the trees or up at the sky as if she is reflecting on life itself. In the trees, Natalia is very comfortable. She is a great nest-maker and doesn't even mind being in the rain!
